Southwest Florida International Airport: Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) was certified for operation in May 1983 and is one of the newest airports in the nation. A new terminal complex opened in 2005. Tampa International Airport:  Tampa International Airport is an award winning facility due to its unique architectural design and travel friendly functionality. It is located approximately 100 miles north of Port Charlotte, but offers more daily/direct flight options.

 

St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport:  is a small airport located about 100 miles north, with  short walking distances, and an un-congested, easy to navigate terminal. With destinations in the Northeast, Midwest, South and Canada, PIE is offering many choices as well as Charters.
