A Home Watch service is designed to give you peace of mind while you are away from your home. We visit your property 2-4 times a month and perform a visual assessment of the interior and exterior of your home looking for obvious issues. We design a checklist based on your individual needs and concerns. If a situation does arise, you will be notified so the problem can be dealt with in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH EACH VISIT?
With each visit, we look for signs of water leaks, mold/mildew, pests/rodents, vandalism/break in, storm damage, and squatters. We verify that your pool, yard and landscaping is being maintained. We check that your HVAC system is operating , irrigation system control box is set, some appliances and other requested mechanical equipment.
