Welcome to the ‘Carnegie House’.  This new home is located just 10 minutes from the beach and within driving distance to many beautiful beaches.  Enjoy awesome shark tooth hunting on Blind Pass Beach and shell hunting beaches that are not far away.  Restaurants and activities such as dolphin cruises and water sport rentals are less than 7 miles away. Enjoy your own private heated saltwater pool surrounded by a natural lush privacy fence.  Our home sleeps 8 guests and offers a comfortable lanai to enjoy the Florida relaxed lifestyle in.  There are three access points to the screened lanai/pool area from the inside.  It is within walking distance to food shopping, an ice cream shoppe, and an amazing Italian restaurant!
